| I bought my first Puli in 1984. Kennel ARANKA was established in 1994 when I began breeding puli. For me it was very important to know so much as possible about the breed befor i started to breed. I only use healthy puli according to the FCI-standard. All of Arankas breeding stock have had the hips X-rayed, and their eyes examined. Only dogs with excellent hips and eyes without any sign of diseases what so ever will be used for breeding. They must also have a super temperament. My dogs lives in the house with me and I work much with the puppies socialization, I belive that it is very importent. Puppies from Arankas are before delivering; registreted at The Swedish kennel club, vaccinated, chip-marked, with health guarantee from a veterinary and a contract. The reason for me to choose puli was that I wanted an intelligent, healthy, activ, funny, faithful and not to big dog. I certainly found that and a lot more in my puli. I wanted to start my breeding with white puli, because my white bitch (from Herta Buxey, Abdillya kennel in England) had all the qualities I look for in a good bitch. Unfortunately I couldn't find a white puli male that came up to her standard. So I started my breeding with my white bitch Ch Abdillya Opal and a black male Ch Kutyas Xhatos-Xircus. That combination turned out to be lovely in all ways. All the puppies turned out very well and have been showing themselves very good in shows and obedience. As I still wanted to breed a white litter I began to look for a white male to import. It was not easy to find a white dog that had the standard I was looking for, but finally I found him in Hungary, Ch Retközi Bator-Ati. The results of this mating gave me some wonderful white litters. All the puppies with excelent temperament, white coat, very black pigmentation, healthy and outstanding movements. |
